down with the flu bug. grr.

Its horrible being caught with the flu, sore-throat and most of all, an unpredictable fever wave. This feeling kinda killed my entire weekend though. Sickening. I've been having like a threatening fever feeling from cold chill shivers to sudden hot perspiration.. And I brought a jacket out on this sunny sunday which is good for a tan.. MAn.. I am feeling so sick. My sister was like "my gawd, u are so sick man.. better stop clubbing so often.." Hmm. I wonder, How many times have I entered one in just one month? Maybe about 2-3 times monthly? Thats quite a bit though, to think that I used to limit myself to just during the hols, and except birthday/private events.. I guess all the drinks and smoke is harming quite a bit. grr. I wanna be up and kicking to do my stuff again.

Anyway, it was a sucky weekend though, then again, I had the chance to catch my tv shows and chill alone at home on a weekend.. which is AmaZing. lol. On friday, I had a cny lou hei with my tennis gang, so we ended up at some place off tiong bahru.. But i wasn't enjoying much off the food though cause i was feeling so sick. Didn't wanna eat so much of the fried stuff, the only thing i was craving for was the hot tea, cause it greatly soothed the throat. grr.

On Sat, I had to accompany my sister to the bridal stores to check out the gowns. We headed to the Ritz Couture around Somerset and the place was enchanting man. My gawd. I wished the place was my house. Its like those small little houses (5 foot way kinds) with a double story. Really nice! omg. The gowns were really nice but it all depends a lot on your body shape. People with Big hips like me would have a lot of problem finding one that fits the right shape.. So yea. Then i had a dental appointment so headed off alone.. Was supppose to meet Chris and join him for his friend's b'day dinner, but i was so sick that I wanted to just head home and sleep. So we met for only like 1 hour after waiting for him for 3 hours.. to exchange valentine's day gifts.. And he made something really sweet..

It contains my fav flowers! Gerbera. Sweets. Heart Shape Chocs. Necklace from bits & pieces. And... a personal cross-stich Eyore! omg.. He said he was sewing it for the past few nights in camp till 2am ...with.. his other 5 guys. LOL! I think its damn cute la! They were all sewing something for their gfs and there was this regular who was guiding them.. I can imagine! =)
